MSc. Dt. Aykut Koşun

MSc. Dt. Aykut Koşun was born in Konya in 1984 and spent his childhood in various parts of Türkiye due to his father's professional career. He began his dental education at Atatürk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002 and graduated successfully in 2007.

In 2008, he joined the Department of Endodontics at Atatürk University as a Research Assistant, where he was actively involved in academic research and clinical studies for two years.

After completing his military service in 2010 as a Dental Lieutenant, he co-founded Diş 212 Dental Clinics in 2011. Since then, he has dedicated his career to advanced implant dentistry, implant-supported prosthetics, aesthetic dentistry and smile design, helping patients achieve healthy, functional and natural-looking smiles through personalised treatment planning and advanced clinical techniques.

Committed to continuous professional development, MSc. Dt. Aykut Koşun has attended numerous national and international seminars, congresses and advanced training programmes. In 2014, he successfully completed Advanced Surgical Training at the Faculty of Dentistry of Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany.

In 2016, he was awarded the degree of Master of Oral Implantology after successfully presenting his thesis, Comparison of Criteria in Immediate (Early) Loaded Implants, at Guglielmo Marconi University in collaboration with the Tuscan Institute of Stomatology, Italy.

Between 2021 and 2022, he continued his professional studies in London, further expanding his clinical knowledge and international experience. Today, he continues to practise at Dental 212 Clinics, providing advanced implant, restorative and cosmetic dental treatments using modern techniques and evidence-based dentistry.

MSc. Dt. Aykut Koşun is fluent in English and is an active member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), the Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association (EDAD) and the Chalcedon Dentistry Workshop.
